Who We Are

Welcome to TemydeeDigital Privacy Policy page. We are a subsidiary of Temydee Enterprises.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.  This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) and any other documents referred to in it sets forth the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, in connection with the Product will be processed by us. We are providing this Privacy Policy so that you can better understand how we collect, use, and share information that is gathered using our Platform.

Our privacy practices are subject to the applicable laws of the places in which we do business, so we have added region-specific terms that only apply to customers located in certain geographic regions, or as required by applicable laws.

Personal Data We Collect and How We Use It

The personal information we collect about you depends on the nature and context of your interaction with our TemydeeDigital website and our social media platforms.  It may also depend on various choices you make about how to use the Platform we offer, the functionality and features you choose or enable, your location, the devices you use to interact with our Platform, and applicable law.

The following describes the personal information we collect about you and the way we collect it.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Your Email Privacy Preferences

You can control the collection and use of personal information for some of our processing activities. This includes adjusting Communication Preferences:

Emails From TemydeeDigital. During the registration for any of our newsletters, webinars, products and services, you were presented with an opt-in to receive email communications. If you wish to no longer receive email communications, you can click on the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of the email, email the TemydeeDigital team to let us know, and we will remove you as soon as possible. Opting out of marketing or newsletter emails will not opt you out of all emails—we may need to send you transactional or similar emails related to your purchases, legal or contractual updates, or similar topics. You are not able to opt out of these emails.

Emails from Third Parties. During the registration for a TemydeeDigital virtual event or webinar, you may be asked to opt-in to receive emails from third parties. If you choose to opt-in to receive email communication from a third party, you can opt out or unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or similar opt-out link in the third party’s email communication. Opting out of marketing or similar communications from third parties may not prevent all emails from third parties.  Third parties have their own privacy policies regarding the personal information they collect and process about you. We urge you to review their privacy policies regarding their processing of your personal information.

Who we share your data with

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
